Air Conditioning Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Technician to perform installation, repairing, servicing and troubleshooting-shooting of air conditioning systems in residential & commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Installation:

· Install air conditioning units, ductwork, and ventilation systems as per industry standards and blueprints.

· Ensure proper placement, connections, and alignment for efficient system operation.

Ø Routine Servicing:

· Perform regular maintenance of air conditioning units, including cleaning filters, coils, and drains.

· Inspect and test system components to ensure proper operation.

· Check refrigerant levels and re-charge as necessary.

Ø Repairs:

· Diagnose issues in air conditioning systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant problems.

· Replace defective components, including motors, compressors, and thermostats.

Ø System Diagnostics:

· Identify and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning systems, including split, central, and ductless units.

· Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and leak detectors to pinpoint issues.

Ø Safety Compliance:

· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including EPA standards for handling refrigerants.

Ø Customer Service:

· Provide clear and professional communication with clients regarding system performance, repairs, and maintenance.

· Offer guidance on proper system use and care.

Requirements:

· 3 years experience in air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair in Singapore

· Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license with experience in operating vans.

Others:

· 6 days work week

· 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9am - 6pm （depends on shift)

· Overtime Pay entitled after working hours

· Driving allowance entitled

As an Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing after sales support for Rawlplug's customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and carry out on-site tests of Rawlplug products. Handle testing equipment,
• Delivery of Rawlplug goods,
• Assist warehouse officer,
• Promote Rawlplug products awareness,
• Manage customer needs and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction,
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments given by supervisor.

Key requirements for a perfect candidate:

• At least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field,
• Class 3 driving license with at least 2 years driving experience,
• Experienced in working at construction site,
• English speaking,
• Keen on accepting physical challenges while working at construction sites,
• Hand on experience with power tools,
• Able and willing to learn about products,
• Patient and friendly personality,
• Team player,
• Good time-management skills,
