The Audio Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio systems for events, installations, and productions. This role requires expertise in audio equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality sound experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audio Setup and Operation:

◦ Install and configure audio equipment, including speakers, microphones, mixers, and amplifiers.

◦ Operate sound systems during events, rehearsals, or live productions.

2. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

◦ Diagnose and resolve technical issues with audio equipment promptly.

3. Audio Design and Configuration:

◦ Collaborate with event producers or directors to create audio designs that meet client needs.

◦ Adjust sound levels, equalization, and effects for clarity and consistency.

◦ Configure multi-channel audio setups for complex events or productions.

4. Safety and Compliance:

◦ Adhere to safety standards during installation and operation of equipment.

◦ Ensure all audio setups comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

◦ Address and mitigate potential hazards related to sound operations.

5. Collaboration and Support:

◦ Work closely with other technical teams (lighting, video, staging) to ensure seamless integration.

◦ Assist with setting up and dismantling AV equipment for events.

◦ Provide on-site support during rehearsals and live performances.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

◦ Maintain accurate records of audio setups, configurations, and inventory.

◦ Report on equipment usage, repairs, and replacement needs to management.

◦ Provide feedback for improving audio operations and setups.

Automation Technician with Degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation Engineering. Fresh Graduate are welcome. 5.5 working days. Project management. Supervision of work progress, Handle projects which include coordination on customer's requirement. Hardworking and willing to learn.

• Oversee daily operations of the heat treatment unit to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.
• Lead and support transition activities for facility and main operation to ensure cleaning activities meets company standards before maintenance handover
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address operational issues.
• Assist the shift team with tasks such as blending, chemical handling, and cleaning.
• Report to supervisors to ensure safe and compliant daily operations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Chemical Process Technology
• Min 2 years working experience Chemical industry
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8am- 4:30pm)
• Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
• Salary: Up to $2500 + $200 Site Allowance
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
