Our company is currently looking for Maintenance Technician(s) to be station in Changi Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB).

Job responsibilities:

· Carry-out routine preventive maintenance as per standard operation procedure for Passenger Boarding Bridge.

· Respond to emergencies, break-downs and malfunctions of Passenger Boarding Bridge.

· Perform trouble shooting and equipment failure check.

· Conduct visual check on all hardware of Passenger Boarding Bridge after maintenance services.

· Update and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure that necessary components are readily available for repairs and maintenance.

· Record all faulty arise and maintain proper maintenance records.

· Strict adherence to safety rules and regulations

· Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Requirements:

· Min NITEC in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Automotive / Air-Conditioning / related fields

Job Description

· Perform manufacturing operations associated with production parts

· Ability to communicate what has been experienced and or seen

· Accurately and efficiently set-up equipment per engineering instructions/customer specifications

· Execute daily autonomous maintenance and set-up activities

· Assist in developing improvement methods and practices to increase production output safely

· Accurately complete/create documentation associated with production processes

· Ensure timely and accurate transactions of workflow in Oracle system

· Assist in peforming required process capability studies,equipment installation, qualifications and process validation

· Active participation on audit such as safety inspection STOP Card , job safety analysis

· Comply with all company policies and procedures

· Responsible for upkeep of production aresas and provide a clean and safe work enviroment

Require to perform rotating shift work including weekends.

Job Requirements

Install DSM tools and set up, retrofit, Support

· Perform system installation and Startup of propriety product. Utilize knowledge of CVD to perform start up, including process to sign off qualified application.

· Take ownership, perform repair and troubleshooting hardware and process problem after 24 hrs of the system down until completion.

• Clean and restore watches, including cases and bands.
• Source and replace parts for different watch brands and models.
• Advise customers on how to care for and maintain their watches.
• Keep the workshop clean and organized, ensuring tools are well-maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Stay updated with new watch technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Watch Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of watch mechanisms and repair techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in handling watches.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use watchmaking tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills and customer service ability.
• Relevant training or certification in watchmaking (preferred).
• Experience with luxury or high-end watches is a plus.

· Minimum Qualification Level: Diploma, Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent.

· Working experience in manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies is advantageous.
