Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Baggage Handling System (BHS) at Changi Airport.
• Follow all safety rules during tasks.
• Perform work efficiently and on time.
• Conduct routine and special maintenance in designated areas.
• Quickly address faults and disruptions in the BHS system.
• Comply with site-specific rules and regulations.
• Deliver materials needing repair to designated sites.
• Return unused materials to delivery zones or the main office.
• Record accurate work order completion data in a timely manner.
• Help with equipment modification or replacement.
• Assist with asset installations.
• Support site housekeeping efforts.
• Participate in work planning.
• Assist in breakdown recovery.
• Update and maintain maintenance checklists.
• Replace equipment as needed.

The role will be based in Tuas.

Responsibilities:

• electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Pilot Plant and laboratory equipment.
• day-to-day operations, the general housekeeping and the proper preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of Pilot Plant equipment in Singapore Pilot Plant facilities and R&D laboratory.
• proper execution of Pilot Plant trials/laboratory activities including all the preparatory and setting-up activities up, close-out activities and the turn-over of product samples and the storing of Pilot Batch records.
• Provide support to Project Teams when required such as the physical testing of raw materials and finished products, the receiving and sending samples and such other requests.

Requirements:

• ITE graduate or Polytechnic graduate with Diploma in the relevant field of Engineering - Electrical, Mechatronics and/or Automation.
• Must be physically fit and willing to work long hours in executing Laboratory and Pilot Plant trials.
• Preferably with experience in operating, maintaining and doing actual troubleshooting on wet process and pilot scale spray drying equipment including packaging test equipment would be an advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5 years and more experience in a similar IT support role.

· Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.

· Familiarity with network configurations, including basic LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
