Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AVL Technician/Manager to oversee our audio, visual, and lighting needs for events and productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup & Operation: Manage setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AVL equipment.
• Event Coordination: Work with organizers to meet AVL requirements.
• Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and repair of AVL systems.
• System Design: Design and implement AVL solutions for events.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on equipment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Audio Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in AVL operations.
• Skills: Proficiency in AVL equipment, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, weekdays, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays alike.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams with setting up test equipment for production and engineering.
• Manage sustaining of test and backend equipment (ATE, Bench, Handlers, Thermostream, Laser Mark, etc.).
• Perform test program correlations and reject verifications.
• Prepare and load test hardware for remote testing, including sanity checks.
• Conduct characterization or sample screening as per internal team requests.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, IT, Biochemical, Mechanical, Computer, or Architecture Engineering.
• Experience with HTOL support and ATE testers (Advantest 93K is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with test equipment (Handlers, Probers, Thermostream, etc.).
• Experience in semiconductor test facilities or production/engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible to work staggered or night shifts as required.

• ITE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Good technical Knowledge on Mechanical or Electrical and Instrumentation
• Hands-On experience on Pumps (Centrifugal, gear pumps, etc.) and Motors
• Customer service oriented
• Independent and proficient in basic writing skills
• Class 3 driving license is a plus
• Relevant working experience in pumps servicing/repair
