• Perform regular service, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems for commercial or industrial application, including Freon or Ammonia systems.

• Conduct service report for every jobsite.
• Perform administrative duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction and Building management or related fields.
• Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Refrigeration system; Cold Room, Electrical, Air-conditioning or related fields. Experience in blazing, compressor, evaporator and condenser systems.
• Class 3 driving license.
• Possess Certificates in safety, electrical or related (bonus).
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
• Travel to job sites (transport allowance provided).
• Flexible and adaptable to working at different jobsites.
• Hardworking and able to work overtime if required.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's information technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall success of our IT department and the company as a whole.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of laptop replacement queue.
• First point of contact within Global Service Desk (GSD) support channels including (but not limited to) ITSM ticketing platforms, Slack support channels (as determined by GSD leadership), and in-office walk-up support.
• Respond to common technical difficulties, training and guidance requests from user base involving desktop/laptop hardware and software/applications
• Monitoring and actioning appropriate ITHELP Jira queues as directed by GSD
• Software Provisioning / Deprovisioning within scope/access constraints of role within GSD
• Adherence to standard escalation processes for IT tickets
• Adherence to standard ticket handling practices as directed by GSD (e.g., components, labels, other ITSM related fields)
• Slack Administration (within role access constraints)
• Google Workspace Administration (within role access constraints)
• Laptop imaging and set up for new and existing employees.
• Ensure Standard Operation Principles (SOPs) are followed, and all processes and procedures adhere to EOS company policy/standards.
• Primary ownership of cadenced (as directed by GSD) office desk workspaces for peripheral testing, replacement and general tech readiness
• Other IT/Helpdesk support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical certification or bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate and write proficiently in a corporate environment.
• 3-6+ years of proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role working at an enterprise level environment
• Strong understanding of Apple operating systems, software applications, and network systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and helpdesk software is a plus.

Job Purpose

Manage Technical Repair, Maintenance and Small Project Business

- Good RCA (root cause analysis) capability

- To work closely with the other Mobile team members on technical troubleshooting and problem solving

- Hands on to repair, maintenance or commissioning of mechanical and electrical system

- Small project management capability

- On-site coordination of project/facility works, monitoring of progress and work quality

- To ensure all works and site safety are strictly adhered to

- To respond to site emergency as and when required

- To support the maintenance of facilities and equipment at the project site, preventive maintenance, including but not limited to: Electrical, HVAC, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection, building management system, builder works, kitchen equipment, etc

- To train site operational staff

- To cover duties for operation site personnel as and when necessary

- Manage, maintain and repair the building systems of client

- To initiate, direct, monitor and control daily performance of operations, maintenance and engineering team members, and ensure that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner

- Be capable to use Maximo for maintenance scheduling and WO closure

- Monitor execution to ensure PPM 100% completed on time; Response and implement service request within required timeline

- Monitor site engineering service continuous improvement work tasks, alert or highlight issues found, and report upper management timely.

Safety

- Be safety expert of electrical and mechanical operation and maintenance. Follow safety process and effectively use PPE.

- Monitor, audit and provide training to site team regarding operation and maintenance safety rule on related business
