3) To provide support to ensure production machines & equipments is repaired timely.

4) To attend to unforeseen machine breakdown during odd hour.

5) To carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) as scheduled.

6) To support all Automation Integration.

7) To recommend improvement to enhance Productivity & Yield.

8) Compliance to all regulatory and in house system requirements especially for medical and automotive customers

9) Must prepare the automation documents, reports and records on daily basics

(C) Qualifications / Requirements

1) NTC in Engineering-related discipline, preferable in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Plastic technology.

2) Hand-on experience in Factory Automation.

3) Experience in Plastic Injection Molding & PLC programming is plus point.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in servicing and maintenance for refrigeration / machines electrical.
• Identify faults, troubleshoot, and repair various commercial kitchen equipment.
• Performing repair jobs promptly and efficiently.
• Submission of daily report of servicing & maintenance functions.
• Ensuring all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
• Maintaining service vehicle in good condition.
• Other relevant skills or experience we will consider to be of benefit.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repairs in electrical machines and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license is preferred.
• Other relevant skills or experience we will consider to be of benefit.
• Basic and/or excellent written (English).
