Responsibilities:

• Standardize and develop necessary guidance, process and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring.
• Responsible in tracking all incidents and service request /change requests logged by users in line with the agreed SLAs
• Providing level 1 technical support and helpdesk email enquiries to external users and proactively identify and manage potential problems and address enquiries to meet client satisfactions.

Responsibilities:

(a) Responsibilities:

The scope of Project Engineer shall include but not limited to the following:

• Manage the document review process, including collating comments from all reviewing parties and ensuring proper follow-up to the review comments;

• Manage and coordinate the the design, installation, testing and commissioning activity, including coordination with all stakeholders (contractors, site owners, end users);

• Liaise with the contractors and stakeholders to monitor and update the programme and work schedule;

Roles and Responsibilities:

As the senior technical person, you will lead with knowledge sharing with the operations team and perform duties for the company as an LEW (Licensed Electrical Worker).

As a Grade 9 LEW (up to 22kV), your main duties are to perform Power Shut-Down and Turn-On, and provide professional advisory in accordance with various regulations, best practice, and clients’ requirements.

The scope covers:

. With our growing operations team, to be on-call for emergency matters for licensing clients

· As an LEW9, perform High-Voltage switching and standby services, and licensing of electrical installations.

· Other areas - Servicing and maintenance, Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

· Troubleshooting of electrical faults and abnormal situations

· Design & Project Work – Acting as a Qualified Person (QP), LEW for installation works, also covering areas such

as Lightning Protection, HT and LT distribution network, Earthing etc.

· Manage and lead of a team of engineers, technicians, and workmen to ensure works are completed as per plan

and schedule, meeting quality & safety objectives,

· Manage and co-ordinate with clients on schedules, scope of works, on-site issues, etc,
