Brief Job Description

Scope of work requested for the services is to provide system support (level 1/2) to manage Government agency servers. It includes the following:

1. Incident Management

a. Monitoring new incidents

b. Working on incidents assigned

c. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues

d. Timely follow-up and closure of incidents

e. Updating and resolving incidents status in ITSM system

2. Service Request Fulfilment

a. Monitoring of new service request (SR)

b. Work on SR assigned

c. Setup and configure new systems

d. Hardening of OS and applications

e. Timely follow-up and closure of SR

f. Updating SR status in ITSM System and closure of SR

g. Updating Asset Management team on asset issued / returned

3. Monthly Patching

a. Patching of systems

b. Testing upon completion of patching

4. 24 x 7 standby support

a. 24 x 7 standby support and to go onsite as and when required

5. Daily health check / Escort vendor

a. Daily health check and submission of daily health check report

b. Escort vendor when request are raised

6. Other tasks

a. Conduct any other tasks as required of a system engineer role

6 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

6.1 The Contractor’s support personnel managing the servers must be trained and minimally be proficient in the following areas:

Windows Server

(a) The System Engineer shall minimally possess the following requirement:

(i) At least three (3) years of experience in Microsoft Server administration;

and

(ii) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA);

• Understanding of Internet technologies (such as routing, switching, and network infrastructure) and technologies related to the ISP sector

About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust engineering team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join us on this journey. In this role, you will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. You will be working on the electrical interfaces of our robot from the design and development phase all the way to manufacturing. You will be developing these solutions alongside our clinical KOLs to produce and test the parts and subsystems that will eventually be integrated into the robotic system. Your Qualifications & Experience

• Skilled in PCB design software such as Altium Designer or other similar tools.
• Experience in circuit design with ARM MCUs is essential.
• Hands-on experience with embedded communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, TCP.
• Knowledge of embedded platforms such as MCUs (STM32), DSP, FPGA will be advantageous.
• Adept at utilizing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.

The BMS Engineer deployed on site is required to perform planned and ad-hoc maintenance works including supervise the Technicians and Contractors in carrying out the works in specific projects. The BMS Engineer should also possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people. The AI Engineer as part of the Prudential Corporate AI Lab and Incubator will support the development and run of the global AI sandbox, development of cutting-edge AI solutions, R&D and provide technical guidance and support in AI domain to the teams under incubation that develop AI Products.

Job Description:

Sandbox Platform:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the AI Lab’s global sandbox platform.
• Ensure the platform is effectively used for experimenting with AI applications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform based on user feedback and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the sandbox environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams using the sandbox for AI product development.

Technical AI Domain Expertise:

• Conduct research and development (R&D) to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, Large Language Model frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and support in the AI domain to teams under incubation that develop AI products.
• Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

AI Development and Quality:

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Network Engineer will drive the implementation of strategy for infrastructure operations and maintenance to ensure availability of stable and secure systems.
