QUALIFICATIONS

· Diploma/Degree in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

EXPERIENCES

· Proficient in C, C++ programming, Python, TensorFlow

· Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals

· Experience in real-time operating system

· Experience on developing Industrial controllers' products with machine learning is added advantages.

· Able to read schematics and utilize Oscilloscopes and other test equipment to debug Firmware issues.

· Strong analytical skills with ability to learn and apply research theories into developing algorithms to solve real world problems.

· Good leadership qualities (take initiative and have ownership)

· Able to work independently within tight schedule with positive disposition.

The candidate must be civil engineering graduate and have knowledge in soil improvement works. Such as DSM, JGP and ground anchor scope. Must be able to work long hours and able to communicate and work closely with different type of foreign nationality. The candidate should have experience and knowledge related to soil information and grouting materials.

Job Responsibilities :

• Sourcing of material or components
• Preparation of material data sheet for submission
• New product development, finding the source and request quotation; prepare the costing sheet.
• Create BOM for in house products.
• Convert, Modify & Create drawings for in house products, exp : PDF, 2D & 3D
• Involve engineering evaluation and study for related products.
• Leading engineering changes and the product continuous improvement for in house products.
• Prepare, review & create DFM for in house products.
• Arrange, plan, prepare coordinate Sample build activities for in house products.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• To work with factory to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate, arrange and inspect for all required sample submission.
• Review, distribute, coordinate & control project related documents, exp: Drawing, DFM & Work instruction etc.
• Document all necessary data, acceptance and implementation procedures.
• Ensures proper records and documented for all activities required for the project.
• Control & monitor any product ECN, running change & improvement implementation.
• Oversees any trials and/or validations that pertain to the specific project.
• Provides technical support in solving product quality problems.
• Provide ongoing reports to department manager regarding project progress and project status.
• Coordinate with all internal department for all project requirements before start of production.
• Ensure product quality & capacity achieve according to requirements & plan.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior; management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification - mechanical related diploma graduated
• Minimum 1-year experience in project engineering management.
• Mechanical product or Molding related process experience is an added advantage
• Taking initiative and/or leadership on projects and good project management skills.

As a Gas Chromatography lab application engineer, you would be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing gas chromatography systems. Your work would involve ensuring the proper functioning of gas chromatography instruments, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities:

• To provide active support to gas chromatography tuning, preparation of GC operation data and report.
• Gas chromatography tuning involves columns installation, operation data collection, and handling of gas and liquid cylinders.
• Ability to troubleshoot gas chromatography issues.
• Support the manager to ensure the quality of the GC produced and to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the lab.
• Support the department on the daily operation activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above in Chemical engineering/Chemistry/ Chemical Process, or any related module is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Gas Chromatography Lab Application Engineer, who is familiar with gas chromatography principles, operation, calibration, and data analysis is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and word.
