• Provide technical support to a 24x7 operating data centre including the operation, maintenance and repair of all critical equipment and systems.
• Monitor the performance and availability of the IT services Processing of production jobs
• Assisting in monitoring and escalation of incidents related to computer hardware, operating system, application systems, data centre facilities and managing the security of the data centre
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance of the event monitoring system to ensure service vendors meet agreed Service Level
• Involve in process improvement initiatives and projects for the data centre.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC Possess positive altitude and a keen interest in IT Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Great attitude to bring the best out of the team.
• Comfortable to perform shift duties.
