• Check and conduct inspections on works performed by subcontractors / gangs

• Check all construction drawings / sketches received on site and to report any discrepancy to the Project Manager

• Handle all problems arising from the project

• Preparation of progress report for the Client / Consultants

• Work in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Supervisor to keep the site safe and tidy

• Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the Client / Consultants and completion of the necessary rectification works

• Submission of as-built drawings at the end of the project

JOB DESCRIPTION – IT Senior Systems Operations Engineer

You will be part of the Managed Services team. Your responsibilities include technical administration, maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to work with our client to ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on agreed service level definition, much to the satisfaction of both customers & company. Job Description:

• Overall responsible for all aspects of the project implementation lifecycle. Plan, coordinate, and execute IoT deployments to help digitalize the built environment, including the site assessments, installation and configuration of devices and sensors to monitor and optimize energy consumption. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, data analysts, and facility managers, to design and implement effective monitoring and control solutions.
