Job Description:

As a Project Engineer specializing in structural steel construction, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and completion of our projects. Working closely with our project managers, you will oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact in the dynamic field of construction engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for structural steel construction projects.
• Conduct thorough site assessments and surveys to identify potential challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate the timely procurement of materials and resources.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities, including site logistics, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing deviations from plans and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve construction-related issues effectively.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement among project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the structural steel construction industry.
• Proficiency in Tekla software.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Immediate availability will be preferred

• Working with Process Engineer & Engineering team on QC requirement
• Documenting inspection criteria and quality plan
• Work with QA, Process and Product team on corrective action with quality issue
• Work with Process team on in-process audit and FQC audit

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing /Quality Engineering
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Electronics Product Manufacturing environment
• Control of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
• Quality control of in-coming, in-process and out-going products
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA requirement
• Able to understand IPC requirement in PCB Assembly, quality requirement of plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping and machining parts

• Technical transfer product/project in assembly and testing, and from customers
• Provide technical support in manufacturing and testing in product build
• Provide technical support to QC in RMA issue
• Provide technical support to QA in Compliance, Regulatory, Customer & Audit

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry
• Technical competent to handle product/project manufacturing, transfers and troubleshooting
• Experience in product/project, PCBA manufacturing and testing
• Able to liaise with customer on technical matters
• Experience in manufacturing environment with ISO13485 & FDA preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Medical product experience and Quality Management System exposure preferred
