Commission: $500-$1500+

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

- Established rapport with existing and new clients

- Set appointment for sales person

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexible in adapting to different queries

Job Description: Telemarketer

Position Overview:
The telemarketer will contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote products, services, or campaigns. They will be responsible for following a provided script, answering potential customer questions, generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
• Follow a scripted sales pitch to ensure consistent messaging.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by providing detailed information and addressing customer concerns.
• Capture and record customer details in the company's CRM or database.
• Handle objections, questions, or concerns with a professional and positive attitude.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Update the sales team with any important customer feedback or leads.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and current promotions.
• Meet call volume and performance metrics as set by the company.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• O Levels / N levels
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
• Able to converse in both mandarin and english

The Talent:
