- Classroom support and logistics including preparation of class attendance list, AV set up
- Programme logistics such as booking of rooms, transportation, catering for events
- Process and maintain all procurement matters, including small value purchases and invitations to quote
- Student activities
- Invigilation, cross-checking of marks
- Fault reporting as required
- Any other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Able to work independently and problem solve
- Able to handle Audio Visual equipment
