Job Description
The Crewing Executive ensures the efficient and effective management of crew for a fleet of bunker tankers. This role involves recruitment, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with maritime safety and labour regulations.
Job Responsibilities
· Handle Crews’ Payroll
· Foreign Worker Levy Application
· Maintaining and updating of Crews’ Certificates/Passports/Seaman Book
· Applying and renewal of Work Pass /S Pass for Crews and handle all MOM matters
· Applying for MPA Manning License for Vessels Certified Crews
· Liaise with insurance companies for Security Bond Applications for Individuals Crews
· Handle foreign embassies applications from time to time
· Compliance and Confidentiality
· Audit and Risk Management
· Policy Development and Crisis Management
· Reporting and Analysis
· Coordination and Communication
· System and Process Optimization
· Crew Scheduling
· Recruitment and Selection

Job Requirements
· ‘O’ Levels or Diploma equivalent qualification
· Preferably at least 2 years of similar working experience under shipping environment
· Good team player and able to work with minimum supervision
· Able to speak Bahasa Malayu & Bahasa Indonesia
· Able to work independently and be a team player at the same time
· Good organization skills
· Good interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
· Proficient with MS Office applications
Additional Duties:
Assist with special projects related to crew welfare, cost management, or other departmental needs as assigned by the Fleet Manager or Management.
