We have an exciting and challenging opportunity, based in our Singapore office, for a Sales Engineer to join the Asia Pacific sales team.

The role provides important technical sales solution to our clients and will require interaction and travel to locations in Singapore and internationally for sales and training.

Job Description:

- Establish relationships with new and existing customer, attend to enquiries and conduct presentation to prospective customers

- Manage accounts of existing customers and ensure sales growth in these accounts

- Perform product sales presentation/training to customers and propose suitable solution according to customer’s need.

- Provide quotation/sales proposal to prospective customer.

- Develop and drive new products business

- Meet the sales target set by the company

- Collaborate with various department to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Job requirements:

- Possess Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Materials Engineering

Job Description

• Develop a preliminary and/or baseline schedule based on the client's requirements/milestones, and scope of work.
• Faciliate and lead interactive project planning sessions with full project team
• Identify the critical path and take note of any foreseeable risk that may affect the project schedule.
• Prepare manpower and equipment loading plans.
• Determine and implement the most efficient sequence of work to ensure it meets the client's and the company's needs.
• Keep track of projects' progress and furnish reports to be used for progress updates, claims, and EOT requests.
• Update the schedule according to site progress and develop a recovery plan for any delays.
• Attend progress meetings with the client and coordinate with stakeholders
• Prepare costings and quotations for project bidding.
• Attend Tender Clarification meetings to fully understand the scope of work, qualifications, and exclusions.
• Prepare progress claims, and follow up on VO's if any.
• Execute and coordinate with client regarding contract remeasurements, and EOT.
• Compile, maintain, and organize documents to be used for claims

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree in any Engineering
• Proficient with planning and scheduling techniques.
• Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects at one time.
• Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other scheduling software such as Microsoft Project

Computer System Validation (CSV) Engineer

12 month contract

Responsibilities:

• Understand development of Computer System Validation (CSV) and equipment specifications and executing Computer System Validation, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and other pharmaceutical equipment/system commissioning/validation such as installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), performance qualification (PQ) protocols in accordance with Good Engineering Practices, GAMP, local SOPs, industry best practices and other industry related guidance documents.
• Assess the impact of changes to cGMP equipment/systems and methods and establish the applicable Validation Plan to ensure the validated status following changes.
• Experience in technical writing and report generation of testing methodologies of automated systems.
• Expertise in evaluating validation protocols and summary reports.
• Strong understanding of Testing and Software Development Lifecycle and QA methodologies.
• Responsible for being a quality contact and primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex deviations for systems, processes, and equipment related to engineering, facilities, automation, manufacturing, and validation.
• Support and review complex deviation investigations related to manufacturing process equipment, utilities, automation, validation, and engineering.
• Work closely with Operations, Facilities, Manufacturing, Automation, Validation, and Engineering to resolve open issues resulting from equipment failures, issues, and deviation record reviews.
• Lead the QA review and assessments of deviations; includes performing risk assessments, leading root cause analysis investigations, tracking, follow-up, close out, and reporting/trending.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in cGMP automation/computerized systems, quality, and compliance areas in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices for computer system validation.
• Extensive experience with validation of equipment controlled by PLCs, BAS/BMS systems, and other typical automated system platforms preferred.
