You will be responsible for repairing and servicing various equipment and engines (Cummins, Volvo, Perkins, Man, Caterpillar, and Deutz) as scheduled by the Service Manager. The individual will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic circuits, including generators and control panels, and identify necessary parts for quotations. Testing and commissioning of engines and generators are also required. They should be able to read electrical and electronic drawings and conduct equipment surveys to determine the scope of repairs or services needed. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and repairing engine wiring harnesses and alternator wirings, constructing or modifying control panels (AC/DC) for engines and generators, and maintaining machinery, tools, and the service area.

Job scope:

• Operate and maintain advanced probe card analyzers and QA equipment, ensuring compliance with operational standards and functionality benchmarks.
• Prepare, debug, and validate test files for probe card certification, ensuring alignment with precise technical specifications and quality criteria.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and resolve probe card related issues,employing a methodical approach to diagnose root cause and implement corrective measures.
• Engage proactively with relevant departments to maintain QA readiness for all certification processes, ensuring seamless coordination on quality-related challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge in wafer testing or probe card is an advantage
• Good communication and written skills
