Your mission

As our new mechanical engineer for wearable products, you will join our Project development department as part of the global Mechanical engineering team. Here you will drive NPI projects as Sr. Lead mechanical engineer and expert for earphone & headphone program.

Working alongside concept creators, hardware and acoustics specialists, you will create new and exciting products based on Concept and Business briefs. Joining various project teams, you will:

• Acting as lead for the mechanical design creation process, throughout complete NPI phase.
• Master concept and architecture engineering, providing mechanical engineering and knowhow.
• Make assessments and recommendations e.g., on material and process choices based on mechanical design principles, supporting design for perfection, longevity and magical elements.
• Create mechanical constructions and make proof of concept by rapid prototyping & simulations.
• Cooperate with suppliers for exploration and product development, transforming proven concept and architecture into product requirements.
• Work closely with Quality organization and Partners to ensure product and process validation.

Your location

Education & Experiences

A passion for mechanical engineering & creation. You have a well-founded and deep understanding of mechanical architecture, design, manufacturing processes and material characteristics. Experiences of leading suppliers and have the capability to transform proven architecture into product requirements.

Moreover, you bring:

• Degree or master’s in mechanical design, Engineering
• 10+ years of experiences in R&D or product development

• 3D CAD design SW such as Creo Parametric

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Chip DFT (Design for Test) Engineer to join our team. This role involves the design and implementation of test architectures for AI chip designs, ensuring efficient and reliable testing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating DFT circuits, performing simulations, developing test vectors, and supporting yield improvement and fault analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• DFT Architecture Design: Lead the design of DFT architecture at the chip level, implementing testing circuits such as Scan, Mbit, Memory repair, and Bscan.
• DFT Circuit Design and Insertion: Implement DFT circuits and integrate them into the chip, ensuring proper timing constraints for DFT mode convergence.

System Integration Engineer Job Scope
For users with testing requirements such as SMPS, SERVER POWER, EVSE, PV, BATTERY, BOBC, Passive Components, and Safety Regulations, the Quantel System Integration Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of Automated Test Systems (ATS), handling both hardware and software tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Pre-Project Responsibilities

1. Participate in the pre-sales process for Automated Test Systems (ATS).

• Provide IT support operation on daily basis, include below activities:

- IT asset management (include the hardware and software) – manage all company IT asset with proper traceability record;

- Support HR on all employee on-board/off-board process including IT training;

- Provide all IT system setup and admin work; (file control, VPN setup and special software admin work support);

1. Technical Support:
