Job Description

• Planning, design, assembling and installing equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and liaise with main con, consultants,sub-contractors.
• Supervise and check subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications and regulation.
• Plan and prepare projects based on stage of activities,schedule work activities.
• Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings.
• Oversee and be overall responsible for works carried out by supervisors assigned under his/her care.
• Generate incident reports
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction or Electrical related fields is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project,Autocad, Project Management
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering-Electrical or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers including troubleshooting, product recommendation and used oil analysis.
• Establish technical partnership with key accounts.
• Prepare lube chart, plant/equipment audits, lubrication surveys, product rationalization audits and conduct field trials, when necessary to support overall business strategy.
• Work closely with Lubricant Sales Manager to ensure technical team aligns with overall sales strategy.
• Tailor and conduct training for customers and work with oil supplier partners on technical related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree, preferably in Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Prior experience in a technical (lubricants and applications) environment, coupled with comparable technical background skills will be an added advantage.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and good team player.

Job scope:

• Interpret project requirements to design, integrate, source and implement electronic system and relevant peripherals to meet projects deliverables on schedule.
• Embedded system design, programming, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Work closely with mechanical, electrical and software engineers for system integration to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure design, proposal drawings, implementation comply with specifications, requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
• Technical documentations for internal and external customers.
• Prepare accurate operating, design documentation for deployed system for internal use.
• Prepare documentation for external customers and compliance verification.
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers for parts, fabrications, and assemblies
• Maintain vendors for services, components and works.
• Maintain part/component/tooling list with proper housekeeping.
• Manage delivery timeline with regards to project schedule.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronics engineering.
• Knowledge on electronic design principles, PCB designs.
• Experience on embedded system, microcontroller and RTOS programming.
• Understand common communication protocols, e.g. RS232, CAN, SPI, I2C etc.
• Hands-on experience is a must, e.g. PCB assembly, troubleshooting and wiring.
• 2 years relevant experience in electronic design and embedded system.
• Valid Class 3 or above driving license is a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand product manuals written in Chinese.
• Can communicate fluently in Mandarin with our suppliers from China and Taiwan.

Job Description

You will be part of a global Asset Management CoE (Center of Excellence) team to:

• Design and implement Asset Operations Management (AOM) systems to deliver diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive insights for a variety of industrial assets, including rotating, static, and electrical equipment.
• Engage in data analysis and reliability-centered maintenance studies, applying mechanical, mathematical, and statistical analyses to synthesize IT and OT data into predictive maintenance models for our clients.
• Employ a range of predictive technologies such as vibration analysis, ultrasound analysis, motor circuit analysis, oil analysis, and infrared thermography. The objective is to pre-empt asset failure and unplanned outages, enhance maintenance strategies, reduce risks and operational costs, and prolong the lifespan of assets.
• Lead Digital Asset Management Maturity Assessments (DAMMA) sessions with clients. Collaborate with AOM Solution Architects and Data Scientists to craft AOM solutions that leverage Industry 4.0 technologies like IIoT, AI/ML, and digital twins to drive value.
• Develop and define key metrics and KPIs for asset condition, health, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, engineering, or a related discipline
• Master’s degree in computer science, data analytics or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in implementing Predictive Maintenance within an industrial context.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying anomaly detection models.
• Proficient in MATLAB, Jupyter Notebook, and Python programming
• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial systems, including IoT devices, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, Historians, and CMMS
• Deep understanding of vibration analysis with the capability to develop rules and algorithms
• Proven ability to independently drive results in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across different regions and countries
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
