About the Client:

Our client is a leading Information Technology (IT), consulting, and business process services company.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Understand business requirements and translate them into test cases and scenarios for SAP modules.
• Test Planning: Develop test plans and strategies for SAP testing, considering both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Tool Configuration and Setup: Configure Worksoft automation tools to suit the specific requirements of SAP testing.
• Experience in building Test management & reporting Dashboard.
• Collaboration: Work closely with SAP functional consultants, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between testing activities and business objectives.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues related to Worksoft tools or SAP configurations that may arise during testing activities.

Requirement:

• Prior hands-on experience in several implementation projects in Worksoft Certify and other automation tools.
• Strong SAP functional testing experience.
• Hands on experience in integrating Worksoft Certify with other applications like SolMan, HP ALM, selenium by using API's, CTM.
• Experience in implementing Devops tools.
• Experience & automation exposure in S4 journey is the plus.
• Experience with MF ALM.

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure SCADA and HMI applications using tools such as FT View Studio SE/ME and Siemens WinCC Explorer.

• Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for real-time monitoring and control.

• Work with Allen Bradley PLCs (Control Logix, Compact Logix, Micro Logix) using Studio 5000 and RSLogix 5000.

• Conduct instrument testing, integrated testing of PLC and SCADA systems, and perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

• Perform system commissioning activities on-site to ensure seamless operation.

• Provide service work for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and VFDs, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Allen Bradley PowerFlex series drives and Siemens VFDs (G-120).

• Configure and commission drives using tools like STARTER for Siemens and Rockwell Automation software for Allen Bradley.

• Implement advanced control systems with SIMOCODE and VFD integration.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.

• Proficiency in Rockwell Automation software (Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000, FT View Studio SE/ME).

• Proficiency in Siemens software (SIMATIC Manager, TIA Portal, WinCC Explorer, STARTER).

• Proven track record in PLC programming, SCADA design, and commissioning activities.

• Familiarity with FAT, SAT, and field commissioning workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

• Certification in PLC programming or SCADA development.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in industrial automation

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Industrial Automation Experience.

• Experience in managing risk and control processes, including timely escalation and resolution of significant issues to management.
• Proven experience in collaboration, teamwork, and strong leadership in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated project engagement skills, including the preparation and presentation of regular reports and documentation, effective communication of project status and progress to stakeholders and IT teams, and alignment with business priorities.
