Role Summary

You are responsible for identifying, assessing and advising on risks arising from the workplace health, environmental and/or work processes, recommending measures to eliminate or minimize and control the risks and implementing the measures.

• Assist/support Topsides Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering work including engineering deliverables, man-hour and schedule control, mainly in multi-disciplinary topsides design related activities and to ensure work performed on the project is in accordance with company quality, systems and safety requirements;
• Understand the contract and scope of work for topsides with sub-contractor;
• Prepares key project documentation as per project specification requirements;

Role Summary

You will be responsible for successful customers’ product full lifecycle, including but not limited to, technology transfers, new products introduction, device performance, yield, and reliability of our advanced technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge for successful new products qualification and technology transfers from motherfab
• Complex data analysis to identify process design weaknesses and/or manufacturing tool issues.
• Design and execute experiments, analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve yield and performance for each specific technology and/or products
• Collaborate with the engineering teams to maintain process stability and provide technical solutions to customers

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in silicon process flow enhancements and managing process shifts, changes with design rules and product layout, ensuring optimal yield, electrical test and product performance with short-and long-term reliability implications considerations
• Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months

• Optimize process capability to meet operation needs

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support our cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCC Cloud. This role is essential for ensuring high availability, performance, and security across our cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud operations, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), disaster recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost efficiency and scalability.
