• Experience in Office365, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint support.
• Cloud experience in Azure and AWS is advantage.
• End-user, computer and software support
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technology
• Regional countries remote support is required

Minimum qualification & working experience:

• Diploma or Degree with minimum 5 years of server & IT networking support related experience.
• Experience in Firewall and Network Switch configuration.
• Must be a team player

Language proficiency and skill set:

• Prefer with CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/CompTIA Network & Security
• LAN/WAN. TCP/IP Networking, Palo Alto Firewall, Azure/AWS cloud, routing protocol
