• Develop and maintai manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy-related Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in the development of BMS for chiller plants
• Proven track record in leading a technical team in the successful delivery of projects
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to cooling, solar, and electric vehicle charging technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Possess the ability to use data insights to drive system performance improvements

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the production process.
• Develop work procedures, implement corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to reduce equipment downtime.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and analyze defects.
• Coordinate with customers to discuss product quality.
• Perform any other assigned ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Materials Science and Engineering or related Engineering discipline
• Knowledge in sputtering coating technology
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good working attitude and willing to learn
• Candidates with experience in chemical processing will also be considered
