Test Documentation

• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Ensure that testing documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer, with a focus on automation and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Typescript, Svelte, Golang).
• Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Testify, Selenium).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.

Test Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Test Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our operations system through testing and continuous improvement. Candidates passionate about quality assurance, have an eye for detail and are eager to grow in the field of software testing.

Responsibilities:

• The role involves writing test cases, preparing and creating test data, executing and retesting test cases.
• Able to leveraging on inhouse GenAI for test case creation and enrichment.
• Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
• Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
• Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders, and work on their resolution.
• Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• You will work closely with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance testing processes and standardize testing practices across operations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or similar technical certifications.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or similar roles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks is preferred
• Certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) and CSTE (Certified Software Tester) are preferred.
