Responsibilities:

• Serve as a product and application specialist in the Palm Oil industry or other designated sectors.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for non-rotating equipment sales tailored to the market and customer needs.
• Achieve order intake targets for service equipment, including filter elements, by effectively selling engineering services, spare parts, and upgrades within the Separations industry across Southeast Asia and other designated regions.
• Attain the assigned gross margin for the specified product group.
• Promote advanced technologies, as well as replacement, upgrade, or modernization solutions for machinery and components.
• Address technical requirements and prepare proposals related to non-rotating equipment.
• Ensure all sales and customer interactions comply with the company’s Sales Contract Policy.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales or sales support role.
• Proven experience in aftermarket sales within the Separations industry.
• Expertise in non-rotating equipment and Filter Press applications.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is advantageous.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Filter Press systems, including filter cloths and plates.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
