An Application Engineer serves as the technical liaison between a company and its clients, ensuring software or hardware solutions are effectively implemented and tailored to meet customer needs. This role combines engineering expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer interaction to deliver and support high-quality solutions.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

o Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues.

2. Product Development & Customization

Education and Experience

1. Fresh graduate/ Diploma in engineering (e.g., software, mechanical, electrical) is welcome to apply.

3. Prior experience in robotic, automation or battery system is a plus.

 Work with system architect and pre-sales team to implement security surveillance systems and network infrastructure solutions in-premise and able to articulate and document the solution.

 Liaise with customers/consultants/project managers concerning approval of designs, reviews, progress of work, problem solving, etc.

 Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of technical engineers in a project to ensure all are actively working toward established milestones and ensuring work complete on time on schedule.

 Assists maintenance team to ensure System Availability and Reliability meets customers’ requirement

 Conduct Root Cause Analysis of system issue and failures and recommend solutions.

 With knowledge on construction site safety and regulatory requirements

• Familiar with HVAC offshore / marine regulations and rules, such as, SOLAS, ABS, DNV, NORSOK, ASHRAE, ISO 7547, 8861 etc.
