Engineer
Report to Project Manager , the engineer has the following responsibilities :
· Assist the project manager in project planning , all on-site technical / engineering matter and authority submissions
· Assist the project manager in managing and implementing the quality , environmental, health and safety (QEHS) management system of PIKASA BUILDERS PTE LTD on site.
· Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance to operating procedures , quality standards and contractual specifications
· Monitor progress of works and site activities to ensure adherence to project timeline
· Conduct on site investigations and analyze data ( maps, reports, test, drawing etc)
· Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
· Responsible for all inspection activities carried out at work site
· To update all structural / architectural and M&E progress with scheduling tools
· To prepare and submit shop drawing / material /MOS monthly progress claims and PM report
· To analyze customer complaints and provide advise and resolve problems creatively.
Requirement and Skills
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Proficient in MS Office , Auto Cad
Good analytical, supervision and communication skills
5 years of experience in Building Engineering projects including New Build
Experienced in LTA project is an advantage
