Qualification and Skill set Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, RF Engineering, Communication Engineering, or other related specialization.

5+ Years of experience in RF & Wireless Systems Testing.

Handon experience in using Test automation Tools.

Knowledge of wireless communication systems, including WiFi and/or cellular technologies.

Experience with Linux, Python, Shell scripting, etc.

CCN/CWNA certification is an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical writing skills.

Requirements

• With 8+ years minimum working experience as a Automation Test Engineer with API, Java and Selenium sof
• Good experience in software automation testing, ideally with a background as software engineer.
• Understanding of testing concepts including white box, black box, regression performance etc.
• Hands-on working experience in building testing environment using Selenium
• Experience in applying test automation approaches in web-based and mobile applications.
• Development experience in Java Experience in design and developed automated test frameworks.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle with expertise in QA processes and methodology, specifically in Agile and Continuous Integration.
• Bachelor degree from a reputed University

Responsibilities:

• Work with the business and development team to understand the testing and business requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy automated test scripts.
• Design and build an automated testing solutions from front-end web application to backend API components.
• Explore and identify automation testing opportunity to improve the testing and QA process.
• Configure and code using Selenium/Test Complete
• Design automation test reports which effectively review the investigate failures.
• Evaluate software testing results and give recommendations to the development team.
  
  

• Works with the testing service providers and other stakeholders to review,provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery
• Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits
• Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored in to the plan
• Engages with various stakeholders (including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business), testing service providers to ensuretesting services meet the banks’ objectives and demand
• Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by stakeholders, testing service providers
• Quantify,manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable
• Drive and collaborate with all stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable
• Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.
• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 7 years’ relevant experience in large and complex organizations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps
• Proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services
• Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services
• Strong domain knowledge on Transaction Banking, Wholesales Banking and Payments Program. Experience in managing testing on these domain knowledges will be an advantage
• Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers
• Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams
• Experience in various testing tool suites like HP UFT/QTP, LoadRunner/Performance Center/SiteScope, HP ALM / Quality Center, Tosca, Appium, Java, Selenium, JIRA etc
• Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork
• Excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills

Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness will be preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

• CP test program development.
• Work with designer to develop test programs, debug programs, solve problems.
• Work with commissioned factory to identify, propose, prioritize and implement test automations.
• Design automated test scenarios accordingly to test plan with its acceptance criteria
• The commissioned testing factory product management.
• Test plant test plan management. Ex: prepare test environment, test data, update functional test scripts according to changing requirements
• Contribute towards continuous improvement of testing practices/tools to improve test strategy and efficiency
• Help to ensure every release happens in a timely manner with a high level of quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Electronical Engineering ,Computer Science, Software Engineering or other equivalent degree/experience
• Strong VBT scripting skill and C++ programming background
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese associates/clients
