Sales Engineer (CCTV Surveillance and Access Control System)

We’re seeking to hire an experienced Sales Engineer. The role of this position is to sell and promote the company’s products and services to key corporate clients and / or channel sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building solid customer relationships with key accounts, prospecting and qualifying leads
• Identifying key customers or potential opportunities for both local and international business
• Proposing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and grow market share
• Provide technical support for Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems or related equipment
• Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and market analyses

Requirements and skills:

• Diploma/Degree in IT/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years of working experience in CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Security will be an advantage.
• Demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills are essential
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads

Job Description

• Plan, propose, coordinate and execute utility diversion related works
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on project coordination
• Liaise with utility agencies e.g. SPPG, telco & etc
• Supervising and managing utility site related site construction, installations, testing and commissioning activities
• Prepare documentation (method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures) for timely submission and review

Requirements

• Equipped with knowledge of NCE application
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and 2 years’ relevant experiences utility works
• Candidate with Register Earthwork Supervisor Certificate is preferred

• Co-ordinate and liaise with contractors, vendors and tenants.
• Assist your supervisor to plan, monitor and control project schedule and progress.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical upgrading or improvement works.
• Monitor machinery and equipment operational performance and condition.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot, repair and handle all maintenance works.
• Assist to review and update existing machinery and equipment maintenance record.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in machine repairing/maintenance/electrical wiring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Shift work is required. Must also be prepared to be on standby after scheduled working hours.
