You will be responsible for providing professional scalp and hair care advice, first assessing the client's scalp and hair condition. Based on this, recommend suitable treatments and products. Advise them on a hair care routine tailored to their needs and address specific concerns like dandruff, dryness, or hair damage.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experiences in relevant industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide shoulder massage, head/scalp massage (Training provided)
• Provide execellent Customer Service
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Assist Consultants in providing services to clients such as scalp/hair treatments, shampooing, blow dry styling, chemical treatments and processes
• Maintains safety standards and environment cleanliness
• Update Sales Consultants of customers' scalp and hair condition for follow up
• Emphasizes product benefits and assist clients in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs
• Communicate with customers while delivering treatments on the treatment steps, benefits and products
• Carry out duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management

Formal Education & Certification

• Certificate in any discipline

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in the retail and service beauty industry
