Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of massage treatments (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, etc.)
• Assess clients’ needs and tailor sessions for maximum benefit
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Educate clients on self-care techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for promoting health and wellness

• Provide consistent professional spa massage (either body or foot) in accordance with spa standards.
• Ensure a high level of service standards
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other parts of the spa.
• Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply, etc.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by the Spa Manager

Beauty Therapist (Slimming Therapist cum Consultant)

• Basic Salary Range: $2500 - $3200 + Commission

• Working Hours: 10am – 8pm (2 hours lunch break)
• Working Days: 5.5 days work week rotational shift, must be willing to work on weekend

3. Monitor and track clients' progress closely, offering personalized guidance and encouragement along the way.
4. Educate clients on available products and treatments, assisting them in making informed decisions.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, guaranteeing a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
6. Collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
8. Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
9. Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.

Job Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of experience in the slimming industry - facial industry can be considered too.
2. Certifications in body/ aesthetic/ beauty and facial technique knowledge will be a plus.
3. Proven track record of sales experience with knowledge in postpartum wellness and slimming may be considered for a senior role.
