The Therapist works with families and individuals to better understand their social and psychological needs. Clinical Care

Evaluation & Assessment

• Provide screening, identification, formal or informal assessments for students with speech, language, communication and feeding needs.
• Identify and prioritise goals for intervention in collaboration with the student/family/caregiver and multidisciplinary team
• Formulate care plans that are outcome based and relevant to students’ goals through planning, implementing, evaluating and managing interventions
