• Modify therapy plans based on client performance and motivation as well as therapy outcomes measures collected.

• Mentor and supervise new therapists and support staff for professional development and day-to-day job scope
• Planning for induction and clinical orientation for new team members

Scope of work:

Incumbent is responsible for providing assessment and design for Physiotherapy/Occupational therapy (PT/OT) programmes in collaboration with Nursing Manager.

Therapy services:

· Assess client and design PT/OT programmes.

· Conducting activities and exercises with Residents.

· Take note of residents’ progress and report progress to therapist / Nursing Manager written reports.

· Design and supervise the conduct rehabilitative work-orientated programmes based on assessment.
