Job Description
1. Managing AV Equipment
- Hardware & Software
- Audio / Video & Lighting
2. Video Editing
- To be able to edit videos for marketing usage for Company’s Website
3. Copy Writing
- To be able to write in Good English for Social Media Content, Website.
- Work hand in hand with SEO agencies on SEO Friendly Write ups
4. Photography
- Minimal experience with an entry level DSLR camera to take decent photos of events to upload on website
5. Managing Events
- Working hand in hand with the team on executing events, procuring vendors based on event requirement and preparing proposals
6. Managing meetings
- To attend meetings with Directors and take notes on requirements (meeting mins)
- Follow ups on Quotations and Proposals
7. Managing Enquiries and Calendar
- Update Director's calendar and workflow, Virtual or onsite meetings etc
- To manage Director’s Email and Company’s email on inquiries
