RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day-to-day IT helpdesk support to end-users on all applications like ERP, POS, and website within the group
• Work with Marketing, Finance and Operations to perform updates to Point-of-Sales master data and configurations
• Assist in documenting process flows, test case scenarios and training guides
• Liaise with HQ IT for all group initiatives, protocols and systems implementation
• Support and manage store opening projects across multiple regions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related studies with 1 to 3 or more years of working experience
• Must have working experience in at least one POS and/or ERP systems

You will handle SingHealth Pharmacare’s (SPC) finance functions of Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. The duties include creating sales invoices, verifying collections from SPC outlets and performing both bank and inter-company reconciliations. You will need to perform closing of accounts, prepare audit schedules and update bank mandates. You will also need to liaise with SPC and Facilities Development to obtain information on capitalisation, fixed assets and leases and be updated with any movements in fixed assets.

You will report to the Assistant Manager, Finance Operations and assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Deputy Director and/or Chief Financial Officer.

Job Description

You will assist the principal investigator to develop and implement the tele-dentistry supported community-based oral care research programme for seniors which includes:

• Key conduit between NDCS, MOH, SingHealth Regional Health System, Agencies, community partners
• Support Principal Investigator in engaging the community stakeholders to collaborate on programme
• Preparation of documents for and facilitation of regulatory (e.g. Institution Review Board) approvals
• Execution of approved clinical research and clinical trial protocols in accordance to the ICH-Guideline for Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA) and other regulatory requirements
• Facilitate programme-related outreach events and training sessions.
• Establish programme workflow processes.
• Design and develop programme related documents.
• Plan programme calender and implement programme

• Monitor and timely compilation of programme results and progress of KPIs

Requirements

• Degree in Biological Science, Pharmacy or other healthcare related discipline

Requirements:
