Job Description:

- To conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights through healthcare data, to drive value-based care initiatives

- To collaborate with healthcare professionals to translate requirements into measurements and into insightful dashboards

- To partner key stakeholders to translate priorities and performance indicators into effective action plans

- To perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and to take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders

- To present routine reports and updates to stakeholders

- To support and facilitate the formulation of strategic workplan for Clinical transformation

- To do project management and align Clinical transformation’s work plans to that of MOH

Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

- Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making

- Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming language such as Python and/or R and visualization tools such as Tableau.

• Contribute to development of strategies and workplans with Wellness team to enhance workplace health, staff well-being and engagement
• Contribute in the conceptualisation, design, implementation, evaluation review, and continuous enhancement of staff engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Consult and co-lead with institution leads (where appropriate) as part of communities of practice to enhance staff wellbeing, especially for staff protection measures against abuse and harassment by external and internal perpetrators, mental wellbeing, resiliency, peer support programs etc.
• Track established indicators as appropriate (e.g. pulse surveys), and collaborate with institutions’ leads to analyze and improve wellbeing where necessary.
• Support the planning and curation of talks and communication materials to raise literacy and awareness on wellbeing and resiliency, including annual staff wellbeing campaign.
• Oversee and plan digitalization efforts to improve connectivity and staff’s accessibility to wellbeing resources and programs

Requirements

• Possess Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (preferred);
• Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource/Social Work/Sports and Wellness or related discipline (preferred);
• Knowledge of employee engagement, workplace health and wellness promotion, and such implementation practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Powerpoint, Word, and Excel.
