· Develop and execute short/long term action plans to grow the product portfolios in terms of its brands awareness, market share and product profitability.

· Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns, marketing communications (online and offline) and POSM production for all product portfolios under his/her responsibility.

· Plan and manage A&P spending within budget assigned and ensuring ROI for each campaign

· Lead and execute the promotion, advertising, and marketing campaign effectively through strategic partnership alliances with agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation according to timeline.

· Conduct market research, analyze consumer’s insights, market intelligences & competitive information to develop new product idea/concepts and effective marketing plan for the assigned products/brands.

· Conceptualizes innovative, consumption-driving promotions that are profitable and linking promotions to advertising wherever possible to create an integrated & targeted 360-degree marketing plan

· Build strong brand/product presence in all distribution channels (including assisting in e-commerce at Marketplace)

· Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Promoters, Finance, Warehouse) to implement marketing plans effectively according to timelines

· Track and monitor market and competitive trends

Requirements

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing related studies
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders
• Interested or passionate to work in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Creative mindset; proactive in providing marketing input
