Overview:
We are seeking a responsive and adaptable Healthcare Operations Executive to support clinic operations across various locations and coordinate tasks and projects for clinic clusters. This role balances hands-on operational support with broader organizational coordination to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support Across Clinics:
· Provide support at clinic locations during staff absences, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and smooth day-to-day operations.
· Handle clinic duties such as managing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and overseeing inventory, maintaining high service standards at all times.
· Act as a reliable point of contact for troubleshooting operational challenges and ensuring clinic readiness.
Group-Level Coordination and Projects:
· Collaborate with clinic managers to coordinate initiatives and standardize operational processes across clinic clusters.
· Lead efforts to streamline workflows and implement best practices that align with organizational goals.
· Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction, working with teams to identify and implement improvements to the patient experience.
· Drive operational improvements by overseeing key projects and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Reporting and Communication:
· Track operational metrics such as appointment utilization and patient wait times, providing updates to clinic managers and leadership.
· Generate basic reports using Microsoft Office to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
· Ensure timely and clear communication with clinic teams and stakeholders, responding promptly to operational needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Core Competencies:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders, including doctors, clinic managers, and staff.
· High level of responsiveness, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and address issues proactively.
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or clinic management.
· Familiarity with Singapore’s healthcare system and operational workflows is an advantage.
