- Assist in ensuring smooth, efficient and timely execution of all day-to-day operational process including but not limited to conduct site inspections, provide training, prepare operations reports and other administrative duties.

- Assist in operations on ground as and when required.

- Required 24/7, fast reaction, high reliability and flexibility.

- Might have rotating shift (Morning/Night Shift).

• Identifying customers: Using various sales channels to find potential customers, such as networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Presenting products: Delivering presentations to showcase the value of products or services and address client questions
• Negotiating: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals
• Providing support: Providing ongoing support to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Analyzing data: Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Setting goals: Setting and tracking sales goals and implementing strategies for driving growth
• Collaborating: Working closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions

Requirements

• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients
• Self discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for outlet feedback and concerns based on guidelines provided, diligently resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships.
• Managing incoming and outgoing communications, which includes emails and phone calls, as well as drafting and proofreading written communications.
• Accurate data entry into various software systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that information is readily accessible when needed.
• Issue invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders accurately within given timeline.
• Collaborate with logistics agents and overseas purchase agents to facilitate smooth importing processes.
• Prepare and verify the necessary documents for shipments.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned to support the smooth operation of the department and the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounts-related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge in Sage accounting system an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Meticulous, able to spot abnormalities and close loops.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
