RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk, Operations & Secretariat Support

• Answer phone calls, attend to intake of new clients, schedule appointments.
• Manage Centre's phone management system (3CX) and mobile device. Setting of office messages where appropriate, sending of SMS reminders to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Community Health Department, providing administrative and logistical support to our Service Points that provide day care and dementia day care services for seniors requiring personal care while their family/caregivers are at work or needing rest.

Facilities & Operations:

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Procurement Coordinator/Executive is responsible for participating in routine sourcing and purchasing activities to obtain the materials, equipment and services to deliver on projects involving ships, rigs and/or conversions. He/She typically comes from an engineering background with work experience in prodcution and/or design.
