Job Description & Requirements

• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
• Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
• Manage social media marketing campaigns
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
• Manage SEO campaigns
• Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

Objectives of the position:

The Customer Service Executive must be a communicative, analytical and creative team player who can address customers' issues effectively and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. An individual who monitors responses to customer requests and queries to minimise gaps in customer service delivery while improving customer relationships and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order processing, generate invoices, and credit/debit notes
• Handle shipping documents such as Letter of Credit / FTA forms / Certificate of Origin through Chamber of Commerce
• Shipment arrangement example like liaising with the 3rdparties providing shipping document to both customer & the nominated forwarder for export declaration
• Liaise with customers enquiries, deliveries, stock checks from various plants / provide production lead time
• Handle customer complaints - Liaising with QA / Purchasing Planning / Logistics / Internal factories - process replacement order/issue credit notes for valid claims
• Process and expedite shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Outstanding order monitoring and checking order status to update customers for any delays
• Adhoc assignments given by Manager

Skills & Qualification:

• Min. Diploma in any field, preferably in Supply Chain Management
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Customer Service in sales/ manufacturing/logistics industry.
• Good written and communication skills
• Good customer handling skills and able to communicate with people of different levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
• Prior experience in the manufacturing/harnessing environment is an added advantage
• Experienced in SAP SD Module is an added advantage

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Digital Marketing Executive , the position reports to the Head Of E-commerce; works closely with the Digital Media team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
2. Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media and marketing campaigns
3. Meeting with clients and sourcing for opportunities of partnership
4. Working with the digital and operations team to ensure digital content and expectations of the customers are met
5. Responsibilities revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns over clients platforms and social media
6. Replying and preparing of quotations to customers.
7. Input information of orders into the company’s data management software

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. A knowledge of an interest in the methods organization use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity
2. Highly motivated individual able to maintain and manage a thorough end to end sales process
3. Strong communication and presentation skills – Keynote or Power Point
4. Analytical ability
5. Ability to multitask to work on multiple projects at once
