Job Description

· Handles customer enquiries (Export/ Import/Transhipment/Customer Service)

· Provide quotations to clients

· Coordinate with agents for rates/ bookings/ shipment arrangement; check on the shipping rules and regulations for the respective countries

· Handle SEA/AIR shipment and ensure all documents (such as BL, pre-alert, delivery order, arrival notice) are in order

· Create booking in system/ Block booking with carrier; monitor carrier schedule

· Verify and take in vendor cost into system; prepare payment

· Create and issue invoice to customers

· Arrange deliveries and follow up with vendors and customers to ensure final destination of shipments

· Perform declaration of permit

· Check and send unstuffing report from warehouse

· Resolve destination charges disputes/ issues

Requirements

· Minimum O Level and above

· No experienced required

· Bilingual in English and Chinese

· Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member

· Fast learner, possess initiative and drive

Key Responsibilities:

• Store management of assigned brands on e-commerce marketplaces
• Prepare, upload product listings and content for brand’s in marketplace
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
• Maintain up-to-date products information/pricing/inventory
• Perform post activity/promotion analysis
• Submission of marketing claims and other service fees
• Build strong rapport with both brand owners and platform partners
• Advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
• Manage online store operations and analyze brand store performance
• Assist and update the manager on business & operational matters
• Achieve set sales target and KPIs given

Do you have what it takes:

• Experience in ecommerce or merchandising.
• Familiar with marketplace platform operation is an added advantage
• Good analytical skills with strong business acumen
• Good attitude and willing to learn
• Strong communication (written & spoken) and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player, yet independent with minimum supervision
