• Organise confirmation and performance management review
• Manage employee's leave, claims and attendance administration

A F&B Executive with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will actively guide the outlet team by providing assistance and supervision to the Outlet Manager to ensure an efficient, organized and smooth running of the floor operations where guests will receive an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a F&B Executive, you will direct and coordinate the floor operations and provide assistance to the team, to ensure all hotel service standards are met and implemented consistently, leading to excellent guest experience. Specifically, the F&B Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Work with a team of F&B Servers and Casual workers to provide a consistent and efficient delivery of excellent service to all guests
• Provide and maintain a high guest service focus, being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and request through full implementation of standards, attention to details and personal attention
• Create a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and the team
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Hotel
• Provide appropriate guidance, coaching and support, and to check the team members performance
• Ensure proper cashiering procedures are being performed
• Make recommendations on menu items and up-sell with latest departmental incentives
• Gets feedback from customer on an on-going basis, and suggest corrective actions to the Outlet Manager
• Handle queries and complaints in a timely, efficient and diplomatic manner
• Responsible in managing and providing general recommendations equipment (F&B and linen) and beverage inventories
• To be aware of the financial objectives of the outlet, follow up and work towards their achievement
• To be aware of operating equipment costs and to keep breakage at an absolute minimum
• Fully understand the operation of the section, correct procedures and duties of subordinates
• Conduct pre-shift trainings and briefings
• Ensure compliance of brand standards

• Assist and support in providing tax compliance services to clients operating in various industries

• Assist clients in responding to queries from the tax authorities

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline, preferably with an SCTP-recognized professional qualification.
