About the role

As our Facilities Management Project Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient management of building projects, term contracts, and maintenance initiatives. In this position, you’ll be instrumental in handling tender processes, project oversight, and contract administration to ensure quality and compliance across our portfolio. What you will be doing:

• Manage building, mechanical, and electrical projects, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure all works are on track.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
• Coordinating cooks' tasks.
• Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
• Designing new recipes, planning menus, and selecting plate presentations.

Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for preparing the full sets of financial statements for subsidiary companies, ensuring that monthly financial reports and supporting schedules are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, tax compliance, and bank reconciliations.

3. Prepare monthly cash flow projections, the annual budget, and ad-hoc forecasts.

4. Prepare statutory filings, including financial statements and tax-related documents (corporate tax and GST).

5. Liaise with the auditors to ensure timely completion of audit and preparation of audited financial statements.

6. Ensure that internal controls are in place.

Requirements:

1. A Degree in Accounting with a professional qualification preferred

2. A Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in the real estate sector
