The Senior Executive / Executive, Corporate Secretarial will work closely with the Head of Department and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.

About the role:

As a Learning & Development (L&D) Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and execution of learning and development programs across the organisation. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Issuance of Letter of Guarantee (LOG) in accordance with policy contract and guidelines
