Job Summary
This award-winning agency is now looking to bring on board a fantastic all-round researcher with experience in adhoc quant and/or qual research. Working across every industry from finance to FMCG to telco, you will support and at times lead other staff in providing accurate, timely and insightful research to clients that tells a story, is actionable and really delivers knowledge.
Responsibilities
Research Design
· Leading project team members to understand all research objectives
· Supporting senior management and at times leading in proposal writing
· Working with project team members to understand appropriate methodologies and analysis required to meet the client objectives
· To support project team members on the design of research ‘instrument’s e.g. discussion guides or questionnaires
Project Management
· Take primary responsibility for the smooth running of projects
· Ensuring that research instruments are working effectively through on-going review, and script checking where appropriate
· Providing clear communication with clients and members of the team to ensure that data is being collected to time, and meeting clients expectations
Data Analysis and Reporting
· Working with the analysts and senior project team members to lead analysis and ‘sweat the data’ to uncover the true answer
· Working extensively with PowerPoint to bring the data to life using tables, graphs, illustrations and graphics
· Ensuring the total quality of PowerPoint, Word and Excel output given to clients in terms of accuracy, formatting and presentation
· Participating in client presentations
Skills and Experience
To apply, you must have 1-2 years of experience with adhoc primary quant and/or qual research, preferably from an agency-side role. Ideally we are seeking candidates who have worked in smaller or mid-sized agencies in the past and/or are comfortable with a smaller (although very well established) set up!
Working Status Requirement
Must have the legal right to work in Singapore
