Brief Job Description Role Profile

As an EO Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for Electro-optics system site support, perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis to determine the cause of failure for the system. Diagnose and repair EO system issues in lab by using logical, step-by-step approaches to ensure minimal downtime for the customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team on Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels

• Update all fault reporting documentation for monthly project meeting

• Liaise with customer for maintenance activities

• Perform in house repair of Electro-Optics equipment

• Perform rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery works at various locations

• Able to work offshore and work at height

• Support system setup, testing and installation

• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Min ITE certificate / Diploma in electrical / electronic / computer engineering

• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license

• Experienced in Electro-optics System will be an added advantage

· Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by company.

· Formulate offline sales strategy, develop, and organize the implementation of a comprehensive sales plan, lead the team to translate the plan into sales results.

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers in the enterprise software market, with a preference for those needing Edutech and Office Automation (OA) systems solution.

· Stay informed about software industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions.

· Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

· Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related

· 2 years or more of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Prior sales experience in the Edutech and OA office software industry is desirable.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must maintain high professional and technical knowledge standard.

· Fluency in English and Chinese to interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients or staff at the China branch.

Jobscope:

- Handle full sets of accounts, including AP and AR

- Handle payroll and cash flow

- Update and verify daily store sales and receipts

- Perform month-end and year-end closing

- Prepare and submit quarterly GST and BAS return

- Stay up-to-date with Singapore tax laws and regulations

- Assist in adhoc duties and responsibilities

The Accounts Executive supports the Operations Manager in all finance-related operations, ensuring smooth management of financial tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations related to account payable and/or received efficiently.
• Handle the full set of account with account payable and/or receivable efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address financial inquiries and requests.
• Prepare GST schedules as required.
• Manage the preparation of commission payouts.
• Perform accounting functions, including posting entries and assigning account codes in the system.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax officers to address financial queries.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
