Job Responsibilities:

• Management of Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) account of overseas customers and domestic customers.
• Generate New Sales & complete responsibility for all assigned NVOCC account for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
• Active participation in the end-to-end sales process involving proposal/quotation/BAF notice/ Rate Negotiation / Closing spot Ad hoc rates
• Provide FCL & LCL Sea freight quotations to overseas customers and domestic customers.
• Generate Sales for the company under Freight Forwarding Division.
• Ensure timely rate updates and market tendency communication with all parties involved.
• Good regular customer account in hand to secure business .
• Collect market feedback and work closely with Pricing / Procurement Team
• Deal with liner on slot operators around Singapore .
• Offer solution to agent for shipment /space , all matters related to shipment .

Job Requirements:

• Must have in-depth knowledge about the Singapore & Far East market of freight forwarding industry.
• Candidate must have at least 5 years working experience in the field of Logistics & Freight Forwarding / Shipping Company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Description

1. Assist in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies
2. Collate information from all relevant departments and staff within the Company to provide necessary reports
3. Assist in the compliance assessment processes for the Company.
4. Support internal communication on compliance, including facilitating training.
5. Assist in identifying suitable remedial actions to rectify any breach as well as prevent recurrence.
6. Track changes to and new local laws and regulations and work with the internal legal resources to determine the implication for the company.
7. Assist in implementation of the Customer Complaint handling framework.
8. Track compliance with the local Competition Law.
9. Conduct AML/CFT/Sanctions screening in line with the relevant regulations and internal guidelines
10. Provide legal checks and advice on non-claims and non-litigation matters that are referred to compliance.
11. Collect information for Internal Group Transaction check
12. Support all governance processes relating to Board and Board Committees.
13. Monitor the completion of agreed actions from Audit Review

Job requirements

1. At least 5 years experience in legal / compliance work preferably in financial sector
2. Diploma in Law or Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business related disciplines
3. Familiarity with AML / CFT screening will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses).
• Reconcile bank statements in a timely manner.
• Review and process invoices.
• Perform month-end and year-end accounting closings.
• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Entries in SAP for Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
• Liaise with Group Accountant.
• Carry out and support other duties assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP Systems is an advantage
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain trust and integrity within a team.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

About this role:

We are looking for a Know-Your-Client (KYC) Executive (also known as Competency Executive internally) who will be part of the Distribution team to validate KYC submissions by our Financial Consultant to ensure it is in line with regulatory expectations and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Check and Validate Know-Your-Client submissions by consultants
• Support team managers and develop the regulated skills and competencies of the financial consultants
• Ensure effective governance and suitability standards are met at all times, with consultants consistently meeting fiduciary and regulatory expectations
• Ensure client interactions are appropriate at all times, and reflected in a high quality of record-keeping and service standards
• Train consultants and ensure they comply with Fair Dealing as well as training and development requirements
• Assist in project management and coordinate events aligned with core activities of the company

Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age due to MAS FAA requirement
• Minimum Diploma holder in any field of studies (subject to MAS FAA tertiary requirements)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and able to quickly form positive working relationship with others
• At least 1 year sales experience in financial sales preferred
• Having CMFAS paper M5, M9, M9a, HI, M8, M8a preferred

5. Regularly follow up on customer project progress, maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the quality of after-sales service.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, related majors are preferred.

2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Applicants with business assistant or copywriting experience are preferred.

3. Be humble and polite, have strong affinity, and have good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.

4. Have good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to handle bilingual documents.

Responsibilities:

1. Experience in handling full sets of accounts

2. Responsible for mainly the Accounts Payable module:

a. Verify and key in all vendor invoices and staff claims to the Hotel Accounting system

b. Make monthly e-payments, also to ensure accuracy

3. Handle bank reconciliation

4. Perform journal entries of balance sheet items

5. Assist in month end closing and yearly audits

6. Other ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred – Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Intermediate or higher

2. Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be advantageous

3. Meticulous and self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills

4. Preferrable if able to commence work immediately
