About the role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting reports and documents requested by various CNAF departments including but not limited to Planning and Development and Operational Management;
• Assist in the docking and management of the board of directors and the group company on the company's business performance assessment, and the implementation of the business performance assessment of subsidiaries;
• Responsible for the implementation of the equity of subsidiary company, holding company, associated company management, including but not limited to equity registration, articles of association, joint venture agreements and other basic system audit and for the record, and shareholders and equity information provided and relevant statistics;
• Assist in establishing and improving the management system of production safety, occupational health and environmental protection of the company, supervising and inspecting the implementation of the company, subsidiaries and associated companies with actual control rights;
• Publicise, implement and organise the implementation of safety and environmental protection work instructions from Board of Directors and CNAF to ensure the effective operation of the company's safety committee;
• Coordinate with the Operation and Management department of CNAF , responsible for the corporate management-related work, including special actions of SASAC , annual key tasks , yearbook compilation , information integration , etc;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Corporate Development & Investment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Investment/ Finance/ related field or equivalent;
• Min. 3 years relevant working experience in corporate development and investment, preferably in commodities trading companies;
• Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
• Good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).
